By fan request, it is time to evaluate who would win a theoretical matchup between the 1998-1999 and 2016-2017 Rhode Island men's basketball teams. On paper, these two teams would be evenly matched and the game would be an instant classic. Between the two historic Rhode Island men's basketball teams, who wins?
