The Attendee's Perspective of 2015's Rhody Madness

Well besides Angelo Acker being removed from the Ryan Center by security, this was probably the best Rhody Madness in URI's history. Watching from the deep part of 200's section, I was in the midst of all the drunk kids singing along to "Jumpman". Besides that, the Ramettes were cool for self explanatory reasons, the team's introductions were cool because Nicola Akele brought his Italy flag and Jarvis Garrett showed everyone how to Milly Rock. Also, the basketball's team dance battle was cool because everyone in the crowd felt a thousand times better about their own dance moves afterwards, BESIDES THE DAB at the end of team 2's routine. Finally, Rae Sremmurd's performance was labeled as "cool" by the crowd's reaction.

If only we all knew E.C. would eventually tear his ACL 10 minutes into the season, maybe all of the Rhody Ruckus wouldn't have wasted countless hours during the 2015-2016 season.

About a URI Attendee

Hi, I attend URI basketball games religiously. I am also a pessimist. These 2 facts do not always mix cohesively. Read my articles to see why.
