My Weekly NFL Picks: Week Two
Here we go with my weekly picks for week two of the NFL regular season.
Week Two:
Houston @ Cincinnati (Missed the game because of the Migos concert at URI): Cincinnati - Truthfully, I would have picked the Bengals at home.
New England @ New Orleans: New England - The Saints defense is putrid.
Cleveland @ Baltimore: Baltimore - Cleveland still doesn't stack up to the majority of NFL teams.
Chicago @ Tampa Bay: Tampa Bay - Not only are the Buccaneers better than the injury-ridden Bears but they are playing for their home state to start the season.
Philadelphia @ Kansas City: Kansas City - The Eagles will not have the answers for Kareem Hunt, Tyreek Hill, and Andy Reid's offensive schemes.
Minnesota @ Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh - I liked the Steelers in this one even if Sam Bradford was playing but with his injury and Case Keenum starting, Pittsburgh could steamroll the Vikings at home.
Buffalo @ Carolina: Carolina - Buffalo has a lot of upset potential in this game but I think Carolina does just enough in front of their fans to pull out the W.
Arizona @ Indianapolis: Arizona - The Colts cannot seem to win without Andrew Luck and Chuck Pagano needs to be fired because he has no idea what he is doing.
Tennessee @ Jacksonville: Tennessee - Unlike Tom Savage, Marcus Mariota can take advantage of Jacksonville's defensive flaws.
Miami @ Los Angeles (Chargers): Los Angeles - I trust Phillip Rivers playing at home more than I trust Jay Cutler being on the road.
New York (Jets) @ Oakland: Oakland - The Jets are still on pace to go 0-16.
San Francisco @ Seattle: Seattle - The rebuilding 49ers have no chance on the road.
Washington @ Los Angeles (Rams): Washington - The Rams won against an incompetent Indianapolis team but they will have their hands full with Kirk Cousins and the Redskins aerial attack.
Dallas @ Denver: Dallas - Denver almost choked at home last Monday night to an underwhelming Chargers squad and Zeke Elliot is primed to run through them.
Green Bay @ Atlanta: Atlanta - Just like last season's NFC championship, I expect a close offensive battle that the Falcons pull out late in their new home stadium.
Detroit @ New York (Giants): Detroit - There is too much concern about OBJ's injury still for me to like the Giants in a matchup against any half-decent NFL team.
